01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 206 Pub ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 206 Pub website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

By accessing the 206 Pub platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 206 Pub, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 206 Pub platform and close your account.

206 Pub reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 206 Pub platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 206 Pub or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 206 Pub, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

206 Pub employs age verification procedures during the registration process and at subsequent intervals. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 206 Pub, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 206 Pub platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 206 Pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Verification: 206 Pub reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Ownership: Your 206 Pub account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

206 Pub supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at 206 Pub is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally completed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: 206 Pub reserves the right to complete identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays.
• Currency: All transactions on the 206 Pub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 206 Pub account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 206 Pub complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 206 Pub reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

206 Pub offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Eligibility: 206 Pub reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing bonus offers, engaging in bonus arbitrage, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith will have their bonus forfeited and their account may be suspended.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 206 Pub platform — including slot titles such as Dino Hunter, Wild Bandito, and Ganesh Fortune; fishing arcade games such as Caishen Fishing and Treasure Boat Fishing; and live dealer rooms including W Live and MT Live — operate under the following principles:

• Random Number Generation: All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are regularly audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, 206 Pub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. 206 Pub is not liable for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by the player's internet service or device.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 206 Pub reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 206 Pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 206 Pub platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 206 Pub platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 206 Pub staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 206 Pub platform or its underlying technology.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 206 Pub platform — including but not limited to the 206 Pub name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 206 Pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 206 Pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 206 Pub platform without the prior written consent of 206 Pub.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 206 Pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

206 Pub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the 206 Pub platform is entirely at your own risk.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

206 Pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 206 Pub reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable verification procedures are completed.

11 Responsible Gaming

206 Pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on our platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 206 Pub customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 206 Pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.

14 Amendments to These Terms

206 Pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 206 Pub platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
